London, 2114. We came to this world too late. Life was amazing one century ago. This is 2114 - Prompt 2

Azrah, a 12 year old Pakistani girl trapped in a country so war-spoiled that the air is unbreathable, is given a book for her 13th birthday. This book isn't like the ones hidden in her Mother's room or the ones that she uses in school, this one is from the far past. Scribbler Moon. Azrah doesn't know it, but that book will change everything, even when a repeating tragedy happens in Azrah's life. It'll teach her forgiveness, and show her what the world was like before 2114.

Years from now, in 2114 technology has obviously increased no bounds making people lazier and also taking the real meaning out of everything. Same way the Oxford library in future has lost all its meaning when the books in the book stores are replaced with super intelligent gadgets which have even made our hand's job useless with its mind reading capacity. This story is about how an interior designer and a band drummer come together to bring back the musty smelling books and meaning to that one place which hold so much meaning to them. There was a time when murder was commonplace, even mundane. Luckily the class of 2114 can't imagine such horrors, but Agatha will have to. Wrote this in a very short time for Margaret Atwood's Future Library challenge, hope you like it, feedback would be very welcome!

Hello 2114. I can only hope we have survived up to now, and the world is much better than it was so long ago. Here's some advice, but I can guarantee you that if the world is in horrible shape, it will be too late to salvage.
