So she named me Nerida. It translates to 'Sea Nymph'. They were the daughter of Nereus, mermaid, and deity of the seas." I answered, I loved the uniqueness and I loved the meaning behind my name. I had always been drawn to mermaids. "How wonderful, ma sirene. It truly fits you." He breathed, face inching close to mine. I felt his breath fan over my face, and I was instantly flustered. Damon is a 19 year old guy who just moved into a new apartment, he got a new job in a new place hoping to make some friends, he was never very sociable which became a problem when he hoped to make some new friends, but he was motivated, 'a new life a new me' he thought. He realized that he has a neighbor that he can introduce his self to and maybe become friends, he soon finds out shes a girl, and a pretty one at that, but she seems, suspicious, like shes for some reason, hiding something... but what..? He'll have to keep an eye on her and find out... (hope you like fantasy)
