First of all, there's so many Hunger Games writers on Wattpad I'm not surprised that two stories "clashed" in which year they used, and I don't know why it even matters. One, I wouldn't copy anyone in the first place and two, I actually finished writing this story (not including the announcement chapter) before that author posted Chapter 1.
