I joined a 500 word short story contest two weeks ago and I decided to start writing 500 words short stories this year (2021). It's my goal for this year. The first story is my entry to the contest. I wasn't really after to win the contest. I just want to challenge myself in writing a story with 500 words. Now I want to challenge myself more. I hope I can write 500 short stories this year! This is my first entry for the #planetorplastic competition! I wish the best of luck to all the contestants. To be honest, I've been wanting to write about something like this for a long time. The things that I have mentioned about myself in my entry is true. I hope we will all engage in the endeavor to save this planet. It needs you and me to stay united enough to fight off all its pollutants.
