Dr. Flug creates a machine that has heroes age rapidly until they die when they look at it, but the problem is he needed to balance it out. So the Machine also temporarily reverses villains to an infantile state to relive stress. But then it all goes wrong... is 5.0.5 cut out to be a 'baby'-sitter until the effects wear off?
