The Soulstorm has finally ended after days of endless rain, 9 goes out to look for the bodies of his lost allies. He discovers that the rain may have brought back more than the plants as he looks for closure.

They lived together. They separated. They met again. 23:59 is filled with sweet and painful memories. When they encounter each other again, will 23:59 erase the painful ones, or add to heightened feelings of developing admiration? I should really stop coming up with new ffs when I haven't finished my other ffs yet. Angst - drama - romance I got the idea to make an ff out of the 23:59 theories.
