Winning the 69th games left 8th district Victor Azaylan Starfire inaudible, mentoring the 74th left her distraught, and now, possibly entering the 75th will leave her broken beyond repair. This is it, for her district she will fight for the rebellion, and she will fight for the one she loves.

[CATO X OC] Cato Hadley, along with other potential tributes from the "Career" districts, decided to put off volunteering for the Games, until the Quarter Quell. At 17, he knew that he had what it would take, but he also knew that at 18, he would be unstoppable. He never expected to meet a girl, who had as much murder in her eyes as he did. **This story covers the 75th Games, which marks the Quarter Quell. The events of the Hunger Games book never happened. There is no threat of rebellion. Katniss did not volunteer for Prim in the 74th Hunger Games.

Things take a turn for the worst when Haymitch and Plutarch save Johanna instead of Peeta. Katniss finds that she slowly stops hating Johanna and realizes that something more might be there. This roller coaster of romance doesn't exactly fit the books or the characters. I just took the basic backbone of the Hunger Games and made something new.

Panem. The place where the odds have never been, are never, and will never be in your favour. Felicia Odair won the 72nd Hunger Games and had to cope with the consequences ever since. She had never considered it "winning". The way she phrases it, it's more like surviving. Only two things were certain in Felicia's life: 1. The undying love and support of her brother and fellow Hunger Games winner: Finnick Odair. 2. The promised safety the Capitol guartanteed Only the second thing appeared not to be true. The 75th Hunger Games meant there would be a third Quarter Quell. Above and beyond all expectations and despite all promises, the Capitol decided to reap former winners.
