Things take a turn for the worst when Haymitch and Plutarch save Johanna instead of Peeta. Katniss finds that she slowly stops hating Johanna and realizes that something more might be there. This roller coaster of romance doesn't exactly fit the books or the characters. I just took the basic backbone of the Hunger Games and made something new.

What if Katniss wasn't the only female victor? What if she doesn't go to Quell? This book is from the point of view of El the other female victor from twelve. El will do anything to keep her only other female victor who she fought so hard to keep alive in the 74th games alive. Even if it means certain death.
