In the 76th hunger games, when a rebellion has never happened, follow the story of 12 year old Thunderjay (Jay) who used to help provide for and feed Rue's family, and vice versa. Being forced to mature rapidly, his innocent self sometimes tries to resurface.

In "The Mockingjay", the remaining victors voted for a Hunger Games using Capitol children. But due to Coin's death, the idea was discarded and the 75th hunger games was the last hunger games. But what if Coin hadn't died? That's where this story picks up. The main character, Alyssum Quint, is a 16 year old Capitol girl whose mother was the woman Katniss shot with an arrow. She and her older brother get reaped to go into the hunger games together and face the horrors of the arena. Read this story of betrayal, heart break, and survival.

She learns that District Twelve is really a terrible place to be without your best friends, and that you need them through everything; good and bad.

As being from District 1 she has been prepped for the day she stepped foot in that arena to battle to the death, but she never imgained her time to go in would be this complicated. Not only has she vowed to brutally kill both District 12 trbiutes for being from Katniss Everdeen's who killed her best friend Glimmer with the tracker jackers back in the 74th Games, she now also has to wonder why her fourteen-year-old brother Platinum volunteered as tribute right after she became one herself. The last two Hunger Games were so controversial, but now Diamond has to face what the Capitol has in store to make sure this one doesn't cause anymore trouble. NOTE: I have read all the Hunger Games books and know about everything in them. HOWEVER I am doing an "if the rebels plans during the 75th got found out/failed" thing so Katniss, Peeta, whoever is not a concern, it's just a regular Hunger Games... Or is it?

Jark and his sister Stephanie are summonded to be in the 76th Hunger Games. He falls for Echo, a girl from another district who got a high score in training. But will she love him back? And only one can survive, so what will he do when his feelings for Echo grow even further? And if they both manage to be victors, doing the same stunt that Katniss and Peeta did in the 74th Hunger Games, how will they see each other again? And how will he get Stephanie to survive as well? The 76th Hunger Games have begun a little over twenty years after Katniss Everdeen led the Uprising. Without anyone knowing it a new force is weaseling their way into power, and changing the Hunger Games so that 6 young men and 6 young woman from the Capitol have to fight in The Hunger Games, but also one young adult from each of the districts. But Paylor has been fighting to keep things humane, adding new rules herself also. It is said to be the absolute last Hunger Games, but it seems an aftershock is coming for Panem and stir up the nation one last time, especially when Katniss Everdeen's daughter is reaped.
