【Written for the 8Letters June Writing Challenge】 Solaira "Soli" Saldarriega has come home three times. She never stayed. The first two times, she had reasons. This time, her lola is in the ground, the house is full of relatives who keep asking when she's going back to Manila, and the ache in her hands hasn't stopped since the bus climbed past Baguio. Aven "Ven" Ragasa is still here. Still rooted. Still the person the whole barangay calls when something needs fixing. She's watched Soli leave twice and she has no intention of watching it a third time. There is a three at the edge of the Saldarriega property. It's old, older than the town, older than the family that's tended it, and something is wrong with it. Soli knows exactly what it is. She has known since she was seven-years-old, in the same way she has always known what she feels when Ven is in the room. Two hundred years in a mountain town an hour past Baguio. Three generations of women who loved someone society said they couldn't. One debt that has been waiting a very long time to be paid, and only one way left to pay it. Some things you inherit. Some things you have to come home and claim.

Five Live's Regina Torres, a seasoned all-rounder idol-turned-actress, is making a comeback into the spotlight after a sudden hiatus to focus on her mental health and what she wants to really do in her life. At the beginning of her break, she meets a songwriter, KM Salcedo, and begins to work on songs - both for Five Live and for herself - without anyone else knowing. Her company, on the other hand, has signed Regina up for a new film instead of getting her together with her group members and release music as a group. On top of the film, Regina is given an option to release a solo album as long as she stars in the film and sings the movie's theme song. To make matters more complicated, she is now partnered with Danilo Medina, another idol who seems to have more than one agenda with this film -- and with Regina. This causes some ill will within the group, leaving her and her four teammates on edge. It is up to her to make the decision on what she should pursue and affect those she hold dear to her heart.

Daniel calls me again and I say "8 letters.. forget me" Daniel is someone that is very difficult to understand and he has a different way to how he portrays himself to others especially towards y/n. Zach really doesn't want y/n to fall under Daniels spell and Zach has a good reason to why he feels this way. Y/n is more than a friend to Zach, he takes her as his own sister. He is very genuine and will do anything to keep y/n safe and loved he doesn't want her falling into the wrong hands.. which could be Daniel. Daniel has met y/n before but she doesn't realize until he mentions her height.. how can he vividly remember her and especially her height.. This is one of my favourite imagines I wrote and it's been in my notes for 2-3 years now and I've decided to finally post it, and thought it'll be best to post it here.
