Senior year is expensive. With college around the corner, the cost of living is just becoming unbearable. Once Charlie finds a quick fix for all her money troubles, she feels as if she is in the clear. This is it. This is the moment it all comes down to. Janelle walked up to the stranger, only he wasn't a stranger to her. "Uh, hi, are you Jake Bugg?" He turned around with his famous expressionless face which then tured into a grin. "That would be me."

"You know, for someone who works with addicts, you're quite the idiot when it comes to realising your own need of next shot." Blessing his partner with a bored look, Gabe took another swing of his beer and focused back on the game. "I don't work with addicts. I work for them. I try to stop them. As for my own addiction," he continued without breaking his gaze from the TV, " I don't have one, to begin with. So that's beside the point." He finally looked his best friend in the eye and smiled. Or tried to. His chest hurt so bad he couldn't breathe. And it wasn't because of the bullet his vest caught just recently and saved his life. No. It hurt so bad because of her. His very own addiction, that had nothing to do with drugs.

Love will be included in the many Big Apple adventures. Also more fun getting to see the whole country while racking up frequent flyer miles. Got to love my life and forgot to mention the new faces that became family to me along the way.

I can't remember what happened before this, but I appeared to be floating in the middle of the ocean. I was floating in a star shape and looking at the sky, trying to erase those images of scary jellyfish from my mind. I hope somebody would come save me, I thought. That hope was useless, because nobody came. I had to find land. I thought. I craned my neck in every direction but all I could see were more and more waves, covered by a misty fog. The more I looked the more scared I got, so I lay back as a star, and wondered. How did this all happen? I remember flashes and scrams, especially the waves, crashing into a ship...
