My name is Carson Palmer, and I have an eating disorder. I'm currently typing this as a 21 year old but started writing entries on my experience in treatment when I was merely 13/14 years old. If you ever wondered what inpatient treatment is like/ the recovery journey for someone with an eating disorder, I hope to provide some insight by using my experience and which is why I shared it all these years ago. Overall, choose kindness. I am not who I used to be, somethings never change but I am more comfortable with who I am now (as of 2026) then way back in 2018-2021. But yeah. This is only part of my story.
