Ever since preschool, Enrique Bellucci has been nothing more than a target-enduring years of relentless bullying and humiliation at the hands of Nkanyezi Nongalo. But just before high school, he disappears. No goodbye. No closure. Just silence. Now years later, Nkanyezi finds herself being transferred to a prestigious university-only to come face-to-face with the one person she never expected to see again. Enrique Bellucci. Only... he's not the same boy she used to torment. He's colder. Sharper. Untouchable. And this time, he's not running. ~ "Come on, Kiko," I muse, "You seriously can't still be upset about old drama?" He doesn't respond. Just leans against the headboard, eyes glued to his phone. I sigh. "Well, since you're clearly boring, I think I'll go." I slide off the bed and head toward the small closet, rummaging through it until I find something decent-a dark red hoodie and a pair of black Adilettes. Good enough. I pull the hoodie over my head, the fabric swallowing my frame, then slide my feet into the sandals before making my way to the door. I grab the handle and pull-it slams shut. My grip tightens. Slowly, I turn around. Enrique towers over me, one hand pressed flat against the door behind me, the other buried in the pocket of his sweatpants. His eyes lock onto mine, before dragging down my body, lingering on my bare legs... then lifting back up. "Where the fuck you think you're going like that?" I raise a brow, unimpressed. "I'm obviously going out," I say sharply, "Not that it's any of your business." His gaze hardens, jaw ticking slightly before he exhales through his nose, like I've just tested his patience. Then, just like that, he steps back, way to calmly. He turns, walks to the closet, and pulls out a hoodie-almost identical to mine-shrugging it on like it's nothing. I watch him, confused. He bends slightly, slipping on his cream-white Jordans, then straightens to his full height. "Let's go." I blink. "...What?"

Power was never the problem. Control was. In a fractured, dystopian Nigeria, the elite Uppers rule with iron fists and marble halls, while the Lowers and Rejects survive on scraps-and silence. A government-issued drug called Nullisyn keeps the population obedient, suppressing superhuman abilities before they can awaken. Michael is just another Reject trying to stay invisible. Haunted by a brutal past and bound to a daily dose of lies, he lives for one thing only: keeping his crew alive. But when a single act of defiance exposes the truth behind Nullisyn, everything changes. As dormant powers awaken and the State tightens its grip, Michael and his friends are forced into a rebellion they never planned-against a regime led by Supreme Leader Jide, the architect of the system... and the monster tied to Michael's deepest scars. What begins as survival becomes revolution. From the slums to the shattered gates of Abuja, Rise of the Rejects is a story of power, sacrifice, found family, and the question that could burn a nation to the ground: Can those cast aside by society rise high enough to change it?

When a rebellious night of defiance leads to a chance encounter with the mysterious William Zeitgar, Samantha's world begins to fracture. Her solar-charged blood has become a beacon for the demonic scavengers lurking in the folds of reality, and for something far worse watching from the deep reaches of space. As her brother, Aaron, is haunted by images of a black sun, and her genius best friend, Alison, gambles with tachyons, Samantha must face a chilling truth: The Demon King is returning, and he is coming for her. Samantha must master her solar fire before the prophecy turns her into the very void she was meant to destroy. In a world of chrome and shadows, being the light is the most dangerous job of all. Her fire will change the universe, but first, it must consume her. --- ⚡ UPDATE SCHEDULE: New chapters drop every Tuesday and Friday. Join the saga and witness the rise of the Daywalker. ☀️

Together they set out to challenge destiny, power, and the blurry line between good and evil. But some truths burn too deeply. And some friendships are doomed from the start. As old gods stir, demons claw their way back into the mortal realm, and empires rise against one another, Naya must choose: fulfill the dark legacy she was born to, or burn her own path into legend.
