Dean had always known Ellie in the smallest ways-her favorite fries, the things she forgot, the silence she never explained, and the goodbyes she always made difficult. They were never official, never brave enough to name what lived between them, yet somehow, Ellie became the person Dean carried through every season of his life. But as years stretched into distance, Dean learned that some loves do not disappear because they were weak. Some loves simply run out of time before they are given a name.

STATUS: ON-GOING LANGUAGE USED: TAGALOG/ENGLISH Almost. They said the saddest and loneliest word is Almost. I always wondered why would it be the saddest when the word failure and death exist? Almost. Your almost friend. Your almost job. Your almost trip. Your almost lover. And then I realized why. It's the saddest because it's filled with regrets and what ifs. As they said having regrets is like jumping off an empty cliff, all you feel is sorrows and uncertainties of how different your future would have been if you just took the risk and played with fate.
