Several years after the continents had settled into peace, a trio of explorers found an ancient box, hidden deep within the earth. It predated any known artifact found by dragon kind. But what was truly special about the artifact is what lied within... 10 years later, and over 50% of dragons now posses Animus Magic. They're known as the "Animus Gifted", though their powers are not quite as limitless as the original, natural born Animuses before them. A group of the gifted, lead by a mysterious new dragon, created an object that placed limitations to the magic as a whole, preventing it's wide spread abuse. One of the most promising of the gifted, is a hybrid named Destin. He was hatched around a year after the box's opening, and has been trained within the best established magic school there is! But as the tenth anniversary of the box approaches... it seems that this gift to the world may not have been what it first seemed.

this story was inspired from the book series Wings Of Fire the one im writing is written from the perspective of a dragon named Permafrost they are a Skywing, Nightwing, and Icewing hybrid their mother Magma was a Nightwing and Skywing hybrid while their father Frost (they named Permafrost after him) was a normal Icewing, I greatly enjoy reading the Wings Of Fire book series and highly recommend it it's a great book series! also the book starts in the same time period that the real book series starts in so this is in the time when the dragonets of destiny were still under the Skywings mountain. also I hope you like the cover I made it, it took me about two days to draw so ye! Also one more thing the Talons Of Peace know about the broken Skywing egg in my story but not about Glory This story is discontented and in the process of being re-written!

Well, Juhani has really done it this time. He was testing a new copy of the animus when something goes off. Something got into the animus... something not physically there... whatever it was, it made a mistake and fled. The mistake caused a time rift to rip open and release the played ancestors of Desmond Miles and Layla Hassan. They have been released into the modern world in all different parts of San Francisco.

That's what they call it. The school for 'special' dragonets. 'Gifted'. 'Talented'. But we all know it is just where they send the dragonets that have too much power, the dangerous ones. Some dragonets are too smart. Some have too much power. Some are hybrids with all the powers from the tribes they are bred from. But they all have one thing in common: their lives are never normal.

"Cloudy winds turn, the nature and magic allies. Mighty beings what may be the end the dragon tribes will have to choose, one dragonet from each tribe. The cities will fall and the hunter of friends with blizzards and snow all around, the ice egg will appear." Lynx is a young spoiled Sunwing dragonet with a grand power. Starscales is a kind Moonwing dragonet with a love of art. Destiny is a courageous and whimsical Daywing dragonet. Diorite is a young gentle Earthwing dragonet. Griffen is a young Featherwing dragonet who thinks interacting with other tribes is unnecessary.

After the events dealing with Darkstalker everyone thought life would eventually go back to normal. Winter now being exiled from his tribe has gone to live in and build sanctuary as a new member of the Talons of Peace. When news of something being not quite right with one of his friends Winter has to set out on a new adventure. Discovering things long forgotten, secrets never told as he is challenged and has to learn what it means to be a true hero. This is my first time ever writing a story so don't expect it to be something amazing. I am new to this and am quite nervous for putting my idea out there.
