He is friends with both Wither and Raven, but sometimes, he wonders about his sister, Icicle. It wasn't until Wither was nearly killed and Raven was captured when his senses snapped up to the light after being underneath the depths of cold water for his entire life, and he was finally free of the Curse of Fate. He manifests the Ice Shield, the Water Walls, and the Winter Mist.
