It's about a boy named jackery who had a normal life.or so he thought in the world he lived in had a disturbing back story. About 5 "demons" that almost ruled the world. But there was also 5 "angels" who fought them and won.the demons died along the angels they have been reborining over and over again and they never got their memories back.until now. Jake(jackery) goes to school normally and that's when the demons decide to attack. Warning: cursing It has lgbtq+ and other stuff Hello I hope you guys enjoy this story I really do! The prompt I picked was a writer ending up in their own story. At first, I thought, cool - just 2000 words. But once I started, I realized how brutal that limit can be. Every sentence I wanted to add meant sacrificing another, and it hurt to cut scenes I loved. But in the process, I learned something important, sometimes restraint makes a story hit harder(not in my case cause my original was perfect😝) This piece became more than just a challenge as it forced me to sit with my characters, face the weight of what I'd written for them, and decide what truly mattered. I hope you feel that too when you read it.
