Welcome to the Department of Final Services - a system where death runs like clockwork. There's no mysticism here, no mourning. Only instructions. Only protocol. But the system is failing. More and more people are refusing to die. They submit complaints. Demand answers. And someone has to respond - before Death herself ends up on trial.
