An absolute obsessed music freak trying to escape the real world, and be free. She tries to runway from who she is and who they want her to be. She just wants to be normal, but herself, pleasing is all she has ever done. Her parents pushed her too hard, beating after beating. She didn't believe you could really take it any longer.

I have spent many hours reading books similar to this and it has inspired me with this concept of a novel. Plus, I'm around the age of my main character, Mike; and I have a mom who worries just as much as Josh and Mike's mom worries for them and wants to make sure they are safe.
