Fresh into her last semester of high school, Len is looking forward to three things: spending time with her recent close-friend-turned-girlfriend, completing a summer road trip with her brother Brendon, and finally, getting the hell out of her hometown, to an out-of-state college where she'll be able to reinvent herself as whoever she would be if her Catholic mom wasn't always breathing down her neck. But then Brendon commits suicide, leaving behind a cell phone with a series of messages meant for Len alone. To unlock the messages, and find whatever Brendon wanted her to find, Len must confront painful memories - and painful truths about herself. *DO NOT READ if you are triggered by suicide or suicidal ideation* (This is a very very very rough draft.)

I have Autism and Attention Deficit Disorder. This will be a random thing. It will include Q&A, rants, funny stories and experiences, awkward moments, and others. As an autistic person myself, I decided to write what I think it would be like to be an autistic person in the world of X-men, and explore how I think the characters would perceive them. So this will be set during First Class, but the reader insert will be on the autism spectrum. I apologise in advance for any inaccuracies but this will be based on my own personal experiences. so I've done many of these and I'm Autistic and I have lots of things to talk about with being Autistic and my parents don't understand that sometimes I just can't do or understand curtain things they say or do so this is something that I can say what I want about being Autistic!

"I wasn't normal and it was all right. I wasn't normal and it was encouraged. I wasn't normal and it was celebrated." A short slam poem about the daily life of a teen on the autism spectrum, about the roles we are all forced to take and what happens when we choose to break away from them.

I have too many words and not enough time to write them all down. Honestly though? I'm just trying to create more and I think this is a good way to try and do it. I'm putting up almost all my poetry on here bit by bit, the good and the bad. Hope you enjoy :)

Ava Graham, an autistic teenager with a passion for dragons, fantasy, and "The Elderscrolls V: Skyrim". Lilly Miller, Ava's best friend since childhood who has a love for the outdoors and a habit of getting high in unorthodox situations. Since middle school, Lilly has had a not-so-small crush on Ava, a crush that Ava herself is oblivious to. Through the help of her friends, time spent together after school, and the various celebrations they participate in, Ava experiences one of the strangest parts of life, something that's never crossed her mind: love and what it's like to fall in it. But she doesn't rush anything, she's never been the type to rush. Working around a series of prompts for the autism acceptance month. I wrote whatever came to my mind and didn't rewrite after that because I wanted to be as sincere and authentic as possible.

so i've found that most conversations surrounding agere are either shockingly neurotypical or only disabilities like did are mentioned. (which isn't a bad thing btw, sorry if i sound negative!) so, i'm gonna be using this book to talk about being autistic and a little. this includes my experience n stuff, so yea!
