Cain Makala sees threads of energy that connect everything and everyone, a legacy from a father he never knew, considered the greatest bioterrorist in the world. Lucca Nichiga compulsively draws the same patterns: portraits of the fabric of reality that he cannot decipher. Two young people, two fragments of the same mystery, separated until Xiamtec, the corporation that governs behind the governments, puts them in the same target. Fleeing is just the beginning. In a Brazil taken over by corporate fascism, they discover that the webs are bridges to ancestral entities: the Orixás are not mythology, and their return could undo the world. One sees in light. The other, in graphite. Together, they are the only key.

In order to describe my book, I think it's best to start with the title of it: The Afterlife Consortium of Negro Historians (ACNH). Basically, the afterlife exists. That existence happens on a planet in deep space called The Ancestral Lands. Home to millions of souls who passed the test of the Pearly Gates. Among those souls are Negro historians such as Dr. Carter G. Woodson, Dr. Lorenzo Johnston Greene as well as historical figures such as Hypatia, Malik el Shabazz, etc. These are some of the founders of the ACNH. Subsequent to the founding of the ACNH, there occurred a disturbing encounter which only the ACNH and its trained historians could resolve. In order to do so, they launched the 1st ACNH posthumous field mission to Earth, led by Dr. Greene. Vol. 1: Small Box of Words details his efforts to resolve the historical dilemma brought to light as a result of the encounter mentioned above. It is a verse novel with some fiction elements.

**February 4th, 2024 Tevun-Krus #119 - AfroFuturism 2** We first tackled AfroFuturism in 2020 for TK76. Now we're taking on the subgenre once again! AfroFuturism combines traditional African art, architecture, cultures and values (and that of the African diaspora) with the sheer wonder that is our shared science-fiction future! In more recent years, there's been a divide between "AfroFuturism" and "AfricanFuturism"-where the former term has increasingly been applied to works about or by the African diaspora and the latter restricted to the African continent. The Ooorah Mothership has taken a stance of inclusivity, so we welcome stories from both branches of this subgenre.

The Weaver and The Shaman is a modern fantasy ballad that weaves together romance and technology in a richly imagined future. At its heart are two unique characters: a dream weaver who spins protective dreamscapes with her ethereal magic, and a digital shaman who walks the sacred paths of code and technology. Their love story unfolds in the spaces between reality and dreams, where binary code meets ancestral magic, and technology dances with tradition. Through their complementary powers, they protect dreamers from the dangers of dream dust while discovering that their own destinies are intricately intertwined. The ballad explores themes of magical innovation, spiritual connection, and the power of love to bridge different forms of magic in a world where dreams and data coexist. Review: The Weaver and The Shaman - A Modern Techno-Mystical Romance This innovative ballad successfully merges traditional poetic form with contemporary speculative elements, creating a unique contribution to the growing genre of technological fantasy poetry. The piece stands out for its smooth integration of cyberpunk elements with mystical traditions, all while maintaining the classical ballad structure.

LUCK-KEY LEGENDS "Pressure Makes Charmors" Before the chaos. Before the cards. There was the LL. Lewna Kismet didn't know what that meant. But she would. Born from fate's fracture, raised on near-misses and second chances, she's always felt like someone-somewhere-was stacking the deck against her. Every win came with a cost. Every loss hit too close. Until she met Lee-awn E. Lastic-a rubberband brawler with bounce and bite-and Ayce Bia'Card, a decked-out dealer with pressure to spare. Together, they cracked open a world locked by luck. But something dark watches the shuffle. Lewna and her allies are hunted by the Gynx-not beasts, but the antithesis to Charmors themselves. Entities of corrupted chance. Broken probability. Bad omens in motion. Worse still, the military organization known as H.A.T.E. wants to scrub fortune from the map entirely. With a Luck-Key burning at her chest and Grandma Ann's warnings echoing in her head, Lewna must play a game older than cards-and hope she doesn't fold first.

Legends are reborn in blood and betrayal in the shadows of a fractured empire. Neo-Jin was once a beacon of harmony, but the fall of the Syndicate shattered more than power-it ruptured time itself. As whispers of erased histories and fractured realities swirl, a lone warrior, Kenzo, emerges with a blade forged not only in steel but in memory, loss, and fate. Haunted by a past that no longer exists and pursued by enemies who fear what he might remember, Kenzo must unearth the truth about the Crescent Blades, an elite force now scattered and silenced. With Zari, a fierce strategist whose heart still bears the scars of loyalty, Kenzo plunges into a world unraveling at the seams. Every clue uncovered reveals a more profound mystery: time is looping, destinies are rewritten, and he may not be the first version of himself to walk this path. But the deeper they go, the more dangerous the truths become. Can a forgotten warrior reclaim his place in a war against reality itself? Or will the dawn of a new age be written in silence? This is more than a rebellion. This is memory. This is prophecy. This is vengeance with a pulse. The blade remembers-even if you don't.
