Sypnosis: SkekDurn, UrAzshar, SkekTael and UrIon have long, lived apart from the rest of their kin in the idyllic Gelfling fishing village of Seacliff enjoying the solitude and peace of living apart from their kin. They have lived there in peace alongside the Gelfling of the Village who consider themselves blessed by their presence. But when a dreametched petal drifts into the village and the arrival of some castaways the four friends suddenly come to realise that maybe fate has found them again. ** SkekDurn, UrAzshar, Skektael, and UrIon are my Dark Crystal inspired characters. In 1982, Jim Henson released a brilliant movie called the Dark Crystal, and more recently in 2019 The Jim Henson Company released a series called The Dark Crystal -Age of Resistance. I have long been a fan of the Dark Crystal and have written a number of fanfictions taken in the world it was set in not to mention made my own Dark Crystal inspired OC's. SkekDurn the Sorceror and his mystic Counterpart UrAzshar the Magician, and their friend SkekTael the Scout and his Mystic Counterpart UrIon the Cartographer. This was a fanfiction I wrote involving my own Dark Crystal OC's. In The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, the most hated character is Seladon for many reasons. Is she absolutely irredeemable or a Gelfling who made forgivable mistakes? Spoilers for The Dark Crystal and The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance (obviously)

My Dark Crystal fan fiction. All characters are owned by Jim Henson and his excellent team of producers.

Another world. Another time. Another age. A thousand trine ago, the land sprouted beautiful flora, housed plentiful fauna, and was home to the seven Gelfling clans. From the Vapra to the north to the Grottan down below, Thra thrived and all was well for those who dwelled upon or under its surface. Until the day Mother Aughra turned her eye to the stars and left the Crystal of Truth in the hands of the Skeksis. With a massive orrery and promises of beauty amongst the expansive cosmos, she entrusted the very heart of Thra to the worst possible creatures to ever set foot on the world. As the cruel Skeksis corrupt the Crystal of Truth in their secluded chambers, one Gelfling in particular minds her business. Most days, at the very least. While she could be a tad nosy, it wasn't in her best interests to snoop about anywhere past the Scientist's laboratory during her times as his assistant or guinea pig. Of course, that doesn't halt her from attempting to expand her knowledge of her surroundings and Thra as a whole. Blame the Scrollkeeper for indulging her more than he probably should have on numerous occasions. Couple all of this with becoming the object of the Chamberlain's "affections", and you've got Vex - the Sifan Castle guard who is just trying to get through each day without much interruption. It never goes as planned most days, however. Then again... When does it ever? {A collection of drabbles pertaining to my OC Vex, and her adventures in and outside of the Castle. This book will contain potential spoilers for the show and/or movie, as well as featuring my partner's OC on occasion.} ~I hold no rights to The Dark Crystal, nor any of the franchise's comics, series, merchandise, etc.~

Set two years before the events of Age of Resistance, this tale centers around Tavra & Onica's adventures with Sifan captain, Athyra. A strong, beautiful, weathered Gelfling, full of charm and sledgehammer wit. After fleeing from her Vapran roots, she was taken in by the Sifa at a young age and is now captain of a samaudren, leading a band of haggard pirates who are about to set sail on a heroic quest. But first, she needs a strong warrior and a fardreamer. When Onica catches word of this, she sends for Tavra to join her on this adventure. Yet in the shadows of the seas, a secret revolution whispers, and both may soon find themselves in the middle of a world far too large. This series will release in Acts, with each section being around 3500 words. One new piece of the story will release every month!

Cova, a gelfling adopted by the omen of death aka a skeksis called "the reaper", gets into some trouble with a few Vapras, noble vapras. Instead of turning him to the all maudra for his apparent "crimes", the grumpy, non social stonewood gelfling is assigned with a task; to find the noble gelfing's daughter and to bring her back home. Once on this mission, Cova soon ends up finding the noble gelfling's daughter, Vanya. But something is severely wrong with her. To Cova's horror and (slight) annoyance, Vanya has been infected with the darkening, which has effected her to the extent where she has moments of insanity. After hearing Vanya quietly sing a lullaby to herself one night on their way back to the mountain village, Cova realizes they must seek out Mother Aughra, a myth according to every single gelfling, in order save Vanya from the darkening. The absolute worst part about this mission is the fact that the other Skeksies are becoming apparent of Cova's shenanigans and start hunting for him, to avoid a full out war and losing control of the Gelflings. This is set in the world of The Dark Crystal. However, I'm just going to ignore the rebellion for now I only own my ocs (Cova, Vanya, The Reaper etc) and the rest belong to the Jim Henson Company

The rebellion should be revealing in its victory over the skekis at the battle at stone in the wood. But they lost many friends and Deet hasn't been seen since. Worried not only for their friend but the darkening's effect on Thra, Rian and the others turn to Mother Aughra. In turn, she leads them to two gelflings who know the evil of the skekis better than anyone living...

After the battle of Stone-in-the-Wood, the world grew darker and the victory he once celebrated seemed all but a dream- a cruel... cruel dream. Garthim scouted every corner of Thra for helpless Gelflings whom managed to flee the destruction the beasts brought upon the lands, taking them hostage to the Castle of the Crystal. Feeling hopeless and fearful, Kylan seeks an unlikely friend whom points his next journey in the path of the Circle of the Sun's. There- he finds what he was missing all along... but at what risk?

Deet finds out more about her visions while trying to control her new powers. Apologies for spelling errors and punctuation errors. I know I have other stories but my imagination goes wild sometimes so deal with it I'll do what I want! But anyway I been wanting to do a hopefully short story on the Dark Crystal Age Of Resistance for a while. And I hope to add two of my own OCs in the story as well so enjoy what I have so far. I don't own the pictures I use for the cover or chapters all rights go to original owners. All right of the characters outside of my own OCs go to Jim Henson company and Team also J.M Lee.
