This story is based on the characters, Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark. They both are from the hunger games trilogy, which is a beautifully written series by Suzzane Collins. The Town has already enforced and shoved the rules down everybody's throats. Evelyn Harley had always obeyed in fear of punishment if she didn't. That is, until she noticed something about that seemed wrong when she visited the outside world for the first time. Sure, The Town had order, but no freedom to go with it. So what's more important? Fighting for your life every day or actually having a life to live? Is this even real life after all?

This story contains Age Regression and is NOT sexual. Logan invites Remus over for the weekend after finding out about his regression, knowing that the man shouldn't be left alone after his breakdown. He offers to watch Remus when/if he were to regress during his stay, but asks that he be open and honest about his limitations. Remus, ever the denialist, is not completely honest about his boundaries, and ends up regressing to a time he would rather forget. Chapter 1 is a flashback sequence. +++ Human AU! Warnings: Child Abuse, Child Neglect, Punishments, Remus being Remus, Swearing, Remus has a very scary experience while regressed so please be cautious while reading, panic attacks, crying, a bit of self harm, Remus thinks poorly of his own regression so be careful of that, illusions to self harm. If I need to add more please let me know! It goes into a bit of detail about Remus's backstory, and then jumps right into when Logan and Remus first start their dynamic together. The following chapters have not been started, so I don't know when I will be able to post them, but I will try not to make the wait long! Please heed the warnings on this though, I do not want anyone getting overwhelmed, hurt, or triggered by this story. Also, while I am open to criticism on my other stories, please refrain from saying things like "This is unrealistic!" or try and defend the parents. This story is very personal to me, and a lot of projection takes place, so please understand that. Though I would still love feedback and comments! And as always, if there are any glaring grammar or spelling mistakes, do not hesitate to point them out <3
