Axel, Courtney, Kira, and Penny leave their life in Brandon FL to move to good old LA. Their band "Nightstalker" got signed onto a new record company called Speaker Cat Records. There Axel meets the lable owner Zach Villa. There is an instant attraction that neither of them understand but are willing to explore.

Aislinn moves into 'Murder House' with her Dad, convinced that she won't be meeting any ghosts since she doesn't believe in them. Surely she'll change her mind when she encounters the late owners of the house, some of which aren't that friendly. This fanfiction mostly sticks to the original plot but there will be some twists and turns along the way, it is a little bit of an AU, basically the only main change is that Gabriel didn't move in, no one did. They were too scared to clear out the stuff so they left it, also, Michael Langdon ages abnormally fast, it has only been under a decade since the incident with Gabriel's family, and that no one ever got as far as to see Violet's body, they where always scared away if they got too close.
