Katara and her twin sister Kayta are benders from the Southern Water Tribe. However they do not bend the same element. Katara is a waterbender, but Kayta is a firebender. That's not the only thing that is different about Kayta though. She has two different colored eyes, silver and amber, red hair, and she did not inherit the olive skin that her whole family has. Kayta and her sister are extremely different, but they both want the same thing. To learn how to bend properly. He was reborn in the body of a Na'Vi and took his wife named Nateri. They lived happily until the sky people returned. But these were different sky people these people landed their massive ships on pandora. They had massive machines and weapons of war. The main difference with these new sky people is they carry no guns. Instead, they spit fire from their fingertips, they make the earth shake beneath their feet and they command the tides of the ocean. They also were able to breath the same air as the Na'Vi where the previous humans needed masks of oxygen to sustain themselves. These new invaders quickly started mining the unubtaininum as their predecessors once did. These new sky people were led by a man named Ozai. He had the power to shoot lighting from his fingertips and his people revered him as a king. The Na'Vi fought back against the invaders, but they are going to need some help if they want to win this fight. They are going to get some help in the form of a young bald kid named Aang and his plucky group of friends.

[Takes Place in Book One: Water | Work 1/3] Two refugees from the Earth Kingdom escape from the Fire Nation, a pregnant woman and her husband. Upon landing on an island, they wonder, hoping for any food source. The husband sees a glimpse of berries and rushes toward them, not noticing the covered entrance to the western air temple. He falls down a flight of stairs for non-airbenders. The wife rushes to his side. After weighing their options, the couple decide to settle in the temple. Not even a week after, the wife gives birth to their child. As to give her a hobby, her mother teaches her to dance. One line she tells her is, "Jump as if you were going to fly!" That was meant to be a regular leap, not Tsu-lyn actually flying using airbending. Multiple years later, an 11 year-old basic air-bender is dancing around, waiting for her parents to return from gathering food. She wanders to her favorite dancing platform and spots two people in red armor.
