Being born a mutant was already hard for Edeline Eastley, but adding being a mutant onto her plate and she was basically hiding her entire life from the world. No one could ever know that Edeline was different. Edeline wished she had never even told her mother about the powers she had discovered she had. But when you wake up one morning vomiting black metallic goo, your mother is bound to find out. Her mother believed she was possessed by a demon and immediately took her to a church instead of a hospital-like most parents would. After being forced to sit through many exorcisms, Edeline just pretended to be "cured", knowing that her mother would never accept her. So at age 18, and after many attempts to get away from her mother, Edeline is approached by two men saying that they can help her control her powers. That may sound like a stupid thing to agree to, going with two strange men to a federal building she'd never heard of, but it was either that or go home to a mother who had thrown a bible at her more times than she could count.

Abbey Night was just looking to be like everyone else, normal. But she knew she was far from that. One night, as she was working at the bar, two men came in offering a chance. A chance to feel safe with others like her. A chance to not be rejected. But Abbey didn't know she was going to fall in love with someone that had the same abilities as her. Fredrick "Foggy" Maximoff was the son of a deaf man who owned an archery range, and a man who's life was a complete mystery before Foggy's birth. His sister, Kate, was always a trouble maker, making up for his complete blind obedience to what he was told. He's one rebellion was not cutting his hair, which turned out to be pretty boring because his youngest brother did the same, but not out of rebellion. He hated how he was second to weakest in his family, and also the least romantic. No one believed he would have any future besides working a great paying job that would never make him happy. Scott Summers was a bad boy in the most text book of ways. He wore leather jackets, drove a motorcycle, and couldn't hold a relationship. Besides that, he was a pretty good kid, just following the lead of his nervous reck of an older brother. Alex knew Scott would do great things one day, flying past any expectations their parents set before their deaths. He knew he would never settle for anything but the best, and it gave him hope. Both boys went to a mysterious masquerade, having no intent in falling for a stranger. Heck, neither even knew why they came in the first place, until the most unexpected thing happened. Scott wanted to run and never look back, leave the whole ordeal behind him, but Foggy dug deeper and deeper, learning more about himself, his family, and the host of the masquerade than he was happy with. ((Note from admin: I'm aware this paring is very odd, and most likely unheard of, but me and my sister made it for a role play, so it has a special place in my heart.))

What if the mutants known worldwide as X-Men were in the same universe as Percy Jackson? And what if they ran into a certain Ghost King injured and no one else in sight? Basicaly my stupid marvel and PJO ass wanted a cross over fanfic with multiple references to My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, and my take on ships and characters as a whole as someone who learned most of their X-Men knowledge from google searches, youtube videos, and the movies.
