I want to make this clear, this story isn't my life. But this is a serious illness and I am in no way trying to make this enjoyable or romantic. The unknown story about how I lost my best friend. My grandpa was a kind man. He loved science, flowers, and birds. But when he was diagnosed with ALS I was still in elementary school. I didn't know he was going to die, I thought he would get better. I wasn't aware that he was dying until he did. A story of friendship, happiness, sorrow, and pain.

A love story that starts at the beginning and lasts a lifetime, or as long as time will let it. This story touches on disabilities but that's not all it's about. Warren and Skylar's love runs deeper than most people their age.

Alessandra Collins is a girl from Orlando that becomes the next rising start of Modest! Management. She becomes friends with a band called One Direction and something happens between her and Harry, member of the band, they fall in love with each other almost instantly. Alessandra's dad has ALS so she has to deal with it while she handles fame and a relationship with a boy every girl loves. Is she strong enough? His father died from it, his great grandmother died from it and he was hoping and praying it would skip a generation but that is never how it goes. Marcus is twenty one years old, and he has amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or ALS. Being the last of his family to carry on the family name, he desperately wants a child so he turns to his best friend, and coworker, Katalina. At first, Katalina is reluctant, afraid of having a child at 19 and the horrible fear of the child developing ALS just like Marcus. But after a while, she accepts to carry his child; She just has no idea what she is getting herself into.

I originally described this as a story about my personal experience of seeing my dad go through and die from ALS, but I have since realized that it goes way beyond just that. I need a place to post my thoughts and reflections, so I guess this will be that place for now :)
