Amira is op haar 3e in aanraking gekomen met een wrede demon die haar heeft proberen te doden, op het moment dat de demon zijn angstaanjagende zwaard om hoog hief zodat de glinstering van de maan op het zwaard weerkaatste kwam er een gevleugeld wezen uit de lucht naar beneden stortten. Met een zwaai met een zilver glimmend zwaard stak het gevleugelde wezen de demon neer. De demon stortte langzaam in, hij viel op zijn knieën en stak met zijn laatste kracht zijn klauw uit naar Amira en krapte haar. Amira's ogen veranderden van helder blauw naar pikzwart. De wond op haar arm begon hevig te bloeden, het gevleugelde wezen kwam dichterbij en verzorgde de wond. Een warmhartige zachte stem zij dat alles goed met haar kwam.. Op dat moment geloofde ik alles, maar je kunt niemand vertrouwen
