Hey! This story is focused around andreil and takes place throughout the current story. Starting Christmas break in The Raven Cycle. What if Riko managed to break Neil? Neil is left shattered from his time at the Nest. Andrew is there to pick up the pieces and will do anything to protect Neil from experiencing anything like he had before. Andrew and Neil understand eachother more than they ever thought they could and learn how to heal from the past through eachother. After Riko Moriyama's death and the Foxes' championship win, Neil Josten and Andrew Minyard are supposed to finally have a chance to breathe. Instead, the team becomes trapped in a terrifying system of psychological evaluations, shifting realities, and constant observation that turns Exy into something far more dangerous than a game. As pressure fractures the Foxes from the inside out, Neil and Andrew are forced to hold onto each other while the people around them begin to unravel. Identities blur, trust is weaponized, and every match pushes the team closer to becoming something unrecognizable. Because survival was never the same thing as staying human.
