Some things to know about my AU is lucifer is polysexual (attraction to all genders) and transmasc(born female but transitioned to male) so that means he has a pussy. And Adam is gynosexual (attraction to females, female parts, femininity) so if you're also wondering how Adam likes lucifer it's because he has a feminine waist (hourglass body) and big ol thighs, feminine facial features and like I said a pussy. When it gets to a point where even some members of Heaven notice her in more of a way that isn't trying to kill her. How could she possibly handle it after years upon years of burying her feelings in stone cold ice.
