Karisa "Kari" Yoon has her whole life in Seoul, South Korea right in front of her. She learns that Charlie is opening a hotel to redeem sinners in hopes they will earn a place in Heaven and serve as an alternative solution to reduce Hell's overpopulation and yearly extermination. Although Kari may not know much about Hell, she agrees to help Charlie after remembering words of encouragement from her late mother. But as time goes by, Kari finds herself going through unexpected changes in herself and catches the eyes of a few sinners and overlords who are interested in her and it all leads up to a shocking secret her father has kept from her about himself and his family her whole life.
