A short story, written for a contest. The Rules of Being a Familiar Obey always your master. Never kill or harm more than necessary. Memories of your past life will come to you, be patient. In this world, there are those born with magical talent. Sadly, the passing of magical blood from generation to generation has weakened its power greatly. Where one's great-grandfather could have summoned hurricanes, their descendant might be lucky to cause a puddle. It is not that the magic is gone, it is that much of it is sealed away. And so, some users of magic have begun using Familiars. They are spirits of the dead, brought back to this world. They are able to link with the magic sealed in their owners, using their own unique ability, based upon the lives they lived. It is a symbiotic relationship, as these spirits will be able to gradually remember the truth of their lies. Once this happens, not only will the magic reawaken for their masters, but the power of the Familiar will be increased. As fate would have it, we join today a young woman, Oleva, who after much training, is ready to receive her Familiar.

Omoi no Hanazono「思いの花園」: Garden of Thoughts Humans are not the only creatures that can talk. Flowers, too, can talk and they have their own language. Each and everyone of them has unique meaning, though some flowers may share the same meaning. Let's join the main character's daily life adventure together with some flowers and what they mean in her life. This story will not only entertain you and give you a kilig feeling (or in English, ROMANTIC EXCITEMENT), but it will also educate you about the language of spring-bloomers (that is, the flowers) that only a few people has a knowledge about.

What is your desire? Even as we die, they would still live on. A desire was nothing more than wishes, easily fulfilled when alive. But upon becoming a spirit, they would bring a whole new kind of trouble with them. Messing with the living even when they are no longer alive just for it. That's where the spirit seers come in. To Clerina it was always more than what she asked for. Spending most of it, she ends up solving their issues so they can move on. But then, it changes. The spirits which used to do things in the most usual way possible, now they have stepped up their game. There had to be reason that it was happening. And Clerina was going to find it. ----------------------------------------------------------------- This is an anime like book, there will be story arcs although there might be more than one book, and that it will end somewhere. (I'm still learning on how to write descriptively.) 思いの花園、「Garden of Thoughts」 They make our garden and our surroundings colorful and beautiful. They come in different shapes and colors. They sway in wherever direction the wind blows. All fruits that we eat came from them. They are what we call FLOWERS. However, their purpose is not just for decoration. They can also be used for communication. Communication of thoughts and feelings. This is a story of a girl who's so fond of flowers and her life accompanied by flowers and their meaning.

Five years has passed and the world still hasn't changed, but still they keep fighting to get the wold back too normal. It's a game. The world is a game. Lucia wakes up from a deep slumber. She does not remember anything, even her own real name. It is weird that she know so much about this world she never has seen. With a little help from a few players, she might survive in this world, but it becomes harder when guilds like RavenKillers try to kidnap and kill her. Even more difficult when the world turns against her without any reason. Or is there something she does not know? Something so big that everyone suddenly wants to kill her, even her own friends.
