This is story about a dream I had and a man who is a god of weapons he carries around a circular saw with a circular handle on it. The saw is electric so he can just press a button to get it going. He looks around 15 or 16 and he has spiked up black hair, brown eyes, and a slim face, He looked like an anime character.
