The entire universe and its characters belong to Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. April O'Neil, an ambitious young woman, dreams of following in her father's footsteps and joining the famous genetics company T.C.R.I. But her dreams will fall apart when she becomes entangled in criminal affairs, causing her idol, Baxter Stockman, to reveal his true face. Alongside her new mutant friends, she will do everything she can to prevent the world's transmutation with the help of Area 51.

After learning of her husband's death, she plots to avenge him by killing the turtles and Hamato Yoshi, with the help of the remaining Foot members still loyal to him. As the story unfolds, Mikey begins to lose his family's trust and love due to Misaki's toxic manipulation and lies disguised as harsh truths. Can Mikey's brothers and Splinter help him through this challenging ordeal, or will Misaki Towa succeed in her quest for revenge by turning the one person who is the heart of the family against them?
