However, they weren't the only ones affected by the Particle Accelerator. Penelope Soraya a Biochemist as S.T.A.R. Labs, she was given the ability to manipulate the memory of others. She becomes the hero known as Memory. Luther Cross was given the power of Decay, the Angel of Decay. He becomes the hero known as Blight. However, because of what his powers took from him, he is reluctant to the change. Will this team work? And can they stop the man in yellow, the Reverse-Flash together?
