Basically you're in Banana Fish and you're going to fix it all. This is meant to mend my still broken heart from Banana Fish way back since 2020. Old chapters are still up and very...bad. Eiji is off to Japan, while Ash is in the library. Ash is saved but by who and what does he do now? I would like to let you know this is based off of my theory for how Ash is still alive and what he did after he was saved Tw: everything seen in banana fish to be safe (including an eating disorder)

Yumeko stayed with their older sister, while Eiji went with a different family- the Okumuras. He wanted to leave to get away from his family's gambling history. What if Ash never fell asleep? What if he made it to the Airport? What-if? (I came up with an alternate ending for Banana Fish and writing this brought me some much solace and I hope it can do the same for you. I worked hard on this and I hope you all enjoy it.)

An AU where Ash lives and travels to Japan at Eiji's invitation after not seeing each other for almost two years. However, Eiji's strategy to get Ash to have fun in Japan are rather rudely interrupted by some usurping yakuza. If they get rid of Ash, what's stopping them? Eiji's plans may have been ruined, but being on the run is a great way to see the sights! What's better than spending your summer with the one you love? They'll have to make the most of it, before it's time once more- To say "Sa-yo-an-ra"

time has passed, and people grew old, but the memories of an ash blonde male still lingers in eiji's mind. as he spent his last few breaths on writing a letter to his beloved, we get to see what he has written. OR: a letter eiji wrote to ash after they (or, he) grew old.

Things begin to het more interested when they get two new students called Ash Lynx whose body language tells everyone to stay away and Langa Hasegawa, a student who rarely talks and has a cold and expressionless face. Maybe a new dawn will break for all of them?
