In a world of superpowers (called Quirks), it is a dream to become a Hero and save people from Villains. Rhea Garrison has recently moved to Japan with her family and enrolled in the prestigious UA High, a school for budding heroes. At the same time, a boy named Izuku Midoriya, a child born without a Quirk, dreams of becoming a Hero. One day, his friend Katsuki Bakugo is caught by a villain. When everyone hesitates to save him, Izuku bravely takes the step to save his friend from the villain. His efforts get him noticed by Japan's number one hero, All Might, who passes his quirk on to Izuku.
