The Jewel Awards aims to promote, celebrate and aid in the growth of writers through Wattpad. Hazel is an aspiring writer whose lack of inspiration is causing her to struggle with writing the perfect narrative for her University application. Her best friend, Sarah, is currently going through one of the hardest times in her life while her Mother deals with a life threatening illness. Hazel finds inspiration in Sarah and uses the struggles she is going through for her story, but later finds that she is sacrificing the legitmacy of her friendship with Sarah for her own gain. Today is the day. Today is THE day. Yes that day. The day I leave my safe place for the first time EVER. Well, since I was two, but I don't really count that considering I don't remember a single detail from the outside world. Anyways, back to the point. Today is my fifteenth birthday and I will finally be leaving. Of course this absolutely against my fathers wishes, but I couldn't wait any longer. 'Why have you never been in the outside world?' You might ask, well when I was only two years old, the war began. My father calls it 'WZW' World Zombie War. He calls it this because the U.S. went to war with North Korea and things headed down from there.... But things aren't as easy as it seems. After getting attacked by a group of starving bandits, Kai is taken from her father and sold into sex trafficking where the men trade for food and other things. This ruins the future she had planned. The dreams of touring her house from a small age seemed so distant, until she saw her. Curled up in a small ball wearing nothing but a thin piece of cloth barely covering anything, was her aged mother, much like she remembered her just much thinner, at least 30 lbs, and more wrinkles. Her smooth, young looking skin now looked older than ever before. Come with Kai and her mother as they try to escape this hell of men, starvation, and zombies.

One Man One Country One Davidson

This is a collection of poetry I have written. It is based off of all of my mental illnesses, trauma and disorders. I will try and update often, but if I don't please bare with me. The poetry is about my life, the life of others, values, emotions, and sometimes objects. It is all freehand and can get lengthy.
