It is much better for the body to take foods that are less in carbohydrates. Taking away bread, pasta, rice or potatoes and replacing it with vegetables will definitely help cut back on fat.

Attila Brisco | between the lockdowns, for two to three days, liquor shops were opened, and a huge number of people went to all these shops. This could be a reason for the increase in cases, as the virus can spread by many folds. This is a tough situation for the country, and it is becoming tough to tackle this deadly virus. On 17th May, a few hours after the fourth round of lockdown was declared, it was found that there was a spike of 5567 cases in 24 hours, which is the highest recorded spike until now.
