Freedom means different things to different people. My perspective on the meaning of freedom has changed over the past few years. For me, freedom means being an independent adult. Elliot Rae, or Ellie, 16 years old, is a runaway. She packs up everything she needs one night and slips away into the woods where everything is unknown and unexpected. The next morning her parents report her as missing. They hang up papers all over town and Ellie one day comes nearby town and finds a torn paper of her being reported as missing. She reacts instantaneously and keeps hidden away from other people aware of this situation. Will Ellie survive all on her own? Will she be able to keep hidden away from her parents? Will she even maybe find a place far away from town and start a new life? ( Credit to my best friend for helping me out with the plot! )

The Lance Family was a big, broken family. Anna Lance and her husband Luke Lance were constantly arguing and screaming at each other. They had 4 daughters named Elaine, Erin, Emily, and Ella, who were so used to the arguing and the broken family that they had. With a terrible life in a broken family, Elaine, Erin, Emily, and Ella decided to run away from home.

She looked human, she acted human, she lived amongst humans but Florence Abernathy never truly felt human. She only truly discovers herself when she is eleven galaxies away from home.

The Summer we met is about a girl named Ivory leaving home to go cross country to live with her sister for summer. 4 weeks to be exact, during this summer she stays longer than she has before, she goes to a sports camp and meets Jeremiah, Jeremiah introduces Ivory to his friend group since she's here for so long. Visiting her sister in Seattle for so long, she never really made friends here before. This is just the beginning...
