Healing Task List Companion
-Morning Prayer
• Morning Worship Music (1-2 songs)
• Morning Bible Chapter Reading(s) (1 Old Testament + 1 New Testament chapter)
• Morning Water Intake (first 8-16 oz)
• Scripture Card Reading
• Healing Meal Prep or Nourishing Meal (optional)
• Drink 30-40 oz (goal is at least 40 oz total by day's end)
• Light Household Chore (even tiny, like wiping a surface)
• Take Vitamins (Iron, Vitamin D, Probiotic)
• Sit Outside or Get Fresh Air (even briefly)
• Gentle Deep Breathing Exercises
• Gentle Deep Stretching
• Body Scanning (check for tension, heaviness, discomfort; acknowledge and
stretch/breathe/pray into it)
• Emotional Healing Moment (Journal, Prayer, or Reflection)
• Cast It Down Moment (Capture one shameful/fearful thought and declare a scripture
truth)
• Speak Spiritual Authority Over Home (Declare peace, protection, rebuke heaviness)
• Emotional Healing Retreat Moment (short 5-10 min connecting with emotions or
prayer)
Nighttime Routine
• Light Dinner 2-3 Hours Before Sleep (if possible)
• Bedtime Prayer / Body Blessing (Thank God for the day, bless body for sleep)
-Daily Body Care Task (facial routine, washing hair, showering etc)
-Healing Affirmations (if added)
-Daily Gratitude Reflection (reflect on something(s) you're grateful to God for)
-Healing Hobby Play (YouTube vids, color, sing worship songs, tend to plants etc)
-Daily Nap or Rest Moment (listen to your body if it's tired and let it rest)
Daily Encouragement Additions
• Laugh Moment (Find something each day to laugh at - video, memory, joke)
• Gratitude Reflection (optional - at least 1 thing you're thankful for)
Notes and Flexibility
• Completing even 1-2 anchors (like prayer + Bible reading) = a faithful healing day.
• Healing is measured by small faithful steps, not perfection.
