Пролог Да се влюбиш в някой, който да е толкова близо до теб, но в същото време и толкова далеч. Да ви разделя само една ограда, но в същото време тази ограда да се превръща в огромна и тъмна бездна, която с времето расте и ви разделя още повече и повече. Темира седна на пейката под дъба, който родителите ѝ бяха посадили в двора им в деня, в който се роди. Въздуха беше приятен и чист. Нищо чудно за малко провинциално градче. На един от дебелите клони на дъба бе закачена люлка, която Теми бе направила с помощта на най-добрия си приятел. Приятел, който вече не съществува в нейния свят. Точно срещу тази люлка бе разположена и пейката. Теми гледаше люлката, а спомените ѝ от преди осем години отново се завърнаха. Една топла сълза се отрони от окото ѝ, тя сви коленете си, гушна ги и позволи на спомените да я завладеят. „Вече никога нищо няма да бъде същото."- отрони тихо тя и позволи на сълзите да бликнат от очите ѝ.
