Life was sure simple here in Nigeria. Yeah, of course that's an untrue. What I mean is that at least following my daily routine was sure simple, apart from that, life's never easy. ---------------- What happens when Chiamaka Oyinlola Anthony a typical black Nigerian girl wins a scholarship to NY to further her studies. Making it her priority to study till she makes it, would she be able to do so when the school's bad boy has his eyes on her? What happens when she's been bullied by her peers and everyone seems to hate her for who she is? Can she still keep her confidence, boldness and not listen to her haters? What if she doesn't keep her promise to her mom? Bentley Frazier, the baddest boy known in Cambridge-Valley High has his eyes on Chiamaka due to a strange reason no one seems to know of... Is it bad? Good? What does he wants with her and why? Secrets, jealousy, hatred, betrayal, love, regrets, accomplishments, and many more all filled in one journey. Can Chiamaka survive her senior year of high school in NY or she'll rather be back home in Nigeria?
