Nick has a compelling life story; growing up illegitimate, forsaken by his dysfunctional step-father and hapless mother, he spent a tough youth in foster homes; eventually attending Maryville Academy, Illinois as a boarder in 1955. The route that Nick takes through life mirrors America's unique social history from civil rights, war and social upheaval to the individualism of the new century. It explores the struggles of a man's conflict with his own identity, race, sexuality and place in society. Moving, at times hilarious and engaging, you're fascinated by how Nick survives, but your relationship with him is uneasy. There's an underlying atavism in Nick; unsettling, disturbing and questioning the reader's own sense of morality.

This book is about my life throughout my teenage years. It might go on till adulthood. We'll see.

it's the fourth year of hogwarts. winter and the Yule ball are approaching. ballroom dance classes are added, dress robes are being sent in, and hermione doesn't know who to go with. on the other hand, draco is distraught, with dreams of a certain girl popping up every night. will they be able to get over these troubles by the yule ball?

When Doctor Linda Martin has to attend a conference in National City, she brings along her best friend Mazikeen Smith, for the ride. When Doctor Kelly Olsen has to attend the same conference, she brings along her girlfriend Alex Danvers. Alex and Mazikeen are told to wait in the bar and stay out of trouble whilst the doctors attend their conference. Simple, right? After all, what's the worst that could happen?

A poem that goes over how it indeed wasn't just a twisted serial killer who killed those boys. It was the system, which has been rigged for so very long and as we speak still is. People go on to have unfair biased opinions but this poem questions when do we draw the line and say enough is enough. Cops failed to properly do their jobs so they failed the victims and their families, how many more times will they fail, how many more people won't get a second chance. Dhamer, his parents, the system they all played a part in killing the victims and thats what I'm trying to get across. I'm fourteen so my bad if it isn't great.

Huey and Riley Freeman are back in a low-key, stylised reboot of the original show, on your wattpad! It's been a year or so since Robert Freeman died. The boys' only legal guardian has left them behind in a white dominated district. But Huey and Riley got those strings, and they pull them. They find themselves in an apartment in a nice view right on the edge of Woodcrest, a mix between "boujee" and "ghetto". They take care of themselves, as well as they can. After all, Huey is almost 15 years old now, and Riley is 13. However, one day, they are sent a notice threatening an investigation and fine unless they don't attend school after summer vacation. So they attend the school, and damn -- that place needs some Riley and Huey Freeman. Whether it be... Riley's "menacing" influence, or Huey's "cynical" one. Please enjoy my story, a social commentary with a similar satrical twist, based around the original series. Only, it has more of a youthful, modern yet authentic flair to it. They learn from their mistakes, and damn right make sure to fix the ones around them.

The power of Black mothers.

This is a fictional look at the "Angry Black Woman" Trope from one black woman's point of view and how it plays out in her relationships. There is an un-due weight placed upon her from external forces which she has also subconsciously internalized. The pressure has reached it's peak. She moves into a space of acknowledgement, self awareness and personal accountability as she seeks to break the cycle of toxic behavior which has seemingly been her nemesis over the years. From a place of emotional exhaustion, she approaches the challenges she is having by stepping out of the secret world of the, "Strong Black Woman". She even seeks help from licensed professional therapists, which has been a, "no, no" in the collective attitude of the Black community.
