Through the chaos, the blood, the torture, Adelaide stays strong. She makes a promise to be the leader of her group, to protect them, especially one boy, Ace, who she slowly falls in love with. She wants to create a future with him, but the only thing stopping her is the bloodshed, the Bloodshed of winter.
