I am a citizen of Dema. I am an escapee. I have failed time and time again. I have never seen the world outside this city, but one day I hope to. One day I will. My friend Clancy is like me. He is a citizen of Dema. He is an escapee. He is an exception. He has seen the world outside these imposing walls. He tells me about these people he's seen. He hasn't been able to speak with them yet, but he gets closer with each escape. I'm going to ask him to take me the next time he goes. I want to see these people for myself. I want to know if we can survive outside of Dema. Because I want to live.

Pero... nos hemos olvidado por completo de Clancy, el personaje atrapado en DEMA que le enviaba cartas a Tyler contándole sobre DEMA y sobre como lleva atrapado ahí años. Vimos a Clary en el tiempo de DEMA.org, pero... ¿qué más hemos sabido de este peculiar personaje? Nada. Es como si Tyler y Josh se hubieran olvidado totalmente de "Clancy". Clancy... podría tener más importancia? Podrá tener una historia más interesante? Yo creo que sí. Y me he ideado esta. Espero les guste.

I know all of you are. I know Josh is. I know I am. But you can't do it. I don't care if you are going through some of the hardest things you have ever encountered. You can't do it. You have to stay alive. Stay alive for me. For Josh. For yourself. How do you see the end if you can't make it through the beginning? How do you see the good when you won't even try to get through the bad?"
