In Anima City live only Beastmens away from Humans. Human and Beastmens has hatefuö relationship because humans fears us. But there is a Hidden Laboratory, that Humans create their own beastmens with Humans and Dinosaurs DNA to mixing up. But one of them was a mistake to create it, he was dangerous, taller and aggressive than others, It was called as the Distortus Rex. After the D-rex breaking out the Laboratory. Some of the Dinosaur beastmens ran away to find a new home and the D-rex stay with his brother side to find Anima City.

This is like how deku started his journey but different characters and the character is called chiko - based on mha

A boy was a subject in a test called project silver wolf and became a beastman along with other humans that became beastmen from other beastmen but he escaped and freed all the subjects and went to metropolis and made new friends.
