When you turn eighteen you get a nickname of what your soulmate will call you in the future. When your soulmate calls you it for the first time the name vanishes. So when Oikawa, atsumu, and Osamu get some weird nicknames they get concerned. I mean, stupidkawa, my star, weirdo...they get scared.
