Pretty interesting question huh? Let's just cut to the chase. The main hack here is how gratitude rewires your brain. Sounds simple and absurd right? Like is this even real? But I am here to let you know I am a living proof of how gratitude transforms your life for good. Before we begin let's spill some real life proof and I am sure this would click with most of us here. In the early 2000's a group of scientists conducted a research to measure the brain activity of a group of people whom practice gratitude as their daily lifestyle. What they found was mind-blowing for real in fact this is the inspiration for my writing today! They discovered that "gratitude" causes synchronized activation in multiple brain regions. Let me repeat, not only in one area of your brain but multiple regions! Woah isn't that astonishing to even think about? In simple terms, gratitude boost your neurotransmitter serotonin and activates the brain stem to produce dopamine. Yes you heard it right. As you know our body's chemical pleasure is dopamine so we really love it when it hits our system right? Now imagine we can naturally provide this chemical for our body in the most safest consumption which is through our lifestyle. Living a life filled with gratitude could be the answer to a fulfilling, healthy and successful life of yours!
