A story about a feisty yet sweet and sometimes childlike Latin young woman who grew up living in between Havana and L.A with her family and her "big sister" Lola and best friend/neighbor Amanda, took a job as a waitress to repay some damage from her ex, where she meets a certain image that cause her to second guess. Even with thinking over her original thoughts, that face didn't compel her enough to do what her friends suggest: catch feels while having fun. Is she going to take a chance, and if so, will she do it with friends by her side? As for her besties Lola and Amanda, how long will they stay 'better together' as time goes on? What has happened in Lola's life that has changed her behavior around her peers? What happened before with her ex that causes Camilla to be like "half of my heart is in Havana", and what if she sees a guy who lets her fall?

This is one of two "Dammit, I can finish a book!" projects. ------------------- Have you ever wondered why... ...bad things always happen to good people? A famous example would be our 16th president Abraham Lincoln, who freed the slaves by signing the Emancipation Proclamation, and was consequently shot for it. A less famous example would be myself. I'm known as the nicest person at my school, and just yesterday, my phone got stolen, I was kicked out of the house for the night, I got beaten up by some drunk thug demanding me to take me to his girlfriend, and my brother--the only one who gave a rat's ass about me--went missing. Talk about a shitty day, right? Well, that was only across the time span of three or four hours max. I have a life that consists of days, weeks, months, and years. And I've only lived 16 of those years.

Warning : self harm, blood, self hate, and more. Please take note this story is base off my past life, not everything is perfect. That means the main character as well. This is not a nice, happy, everything is swell! Story. No. You have been warned A little girl knows to much about the world around her, from drugs to death. She lost and gone, often living in a world of her own. She is a lost boat at sea, getting farer away each day. Thinking she will forever be broken. Until her family was endangered of be rip apart in front of her own eyes. .

I have thoughts in my head that I hate to say out loud so I write them down. I know I'm not the only one who thinks their life sucks but I have so many negative thoughts. Some days are good days and I have so many positive thoughts. But lately it hasn't been that way. This book has many thoughts or poems that I have in my head and I just need to write them down. I hope you enjoy reading my thoughts.

This is just your normal cat family, a dad who's losing himself from reality, a mom who has so much pressure about being perfect, one kid who feels as if they are being neglected by their family and another who has a secret online life, oh and you have the family dog, why is the dog turning into my nightmares?

Adriana is intelligent, charismatic, funny and full of attitude....as well as fear of chaos and disorganization. Though she does keep a 3.8 GPA she's not known for being the one prude girl who has no fun. But more as the girl who knows how to party...without being at a party. She'd much rather sit in a garage with her friend and smoke a blunt then be surrounded by people who can't chill out. She avoids trouble and keeps to herself for the most part that is until she crosses paths with the one and the only Dakota Ash. Ash is known for his bad boy persona but he's not the cookie cutter 'Imma hit up this party then bang a few babes' guy. He's invested in drug dealing and a lot of underground no good shit. Part of Ash longs for someone to just be around for him. With his father and prison and his mom in and out of rehab Ash is pretty much on his own. Doing what he has to do. But don't get him wrong he still loves everything he does. He's no flirt and if a girl gets his attention when he's not under influence then she's lucky. Girls at school beg for his attention and he ignores. Pretty much ignores girls in general, he's much to busy with his work to have a girl in his life until a dark haired freshmen becomes his locker buddy, Adriana. ((sorry if this sucks ass))
