Based off the amazing comic by the same name. I'd recommend reading it before you read this, as I'm not sure how much justice I do for it. I just found myself sensing underlying motives and hidden meanings that weren't clearly represented, and the third person limited POV left me feeling like something was missing. So I've taken it upon myself to rewrite this story from multiple first person POVs (Primarily Babs, secondarily Dick, and others). Follow Barbara Gordon, freshly out of college, as she begins her long and entirely unexpected journey to becoming the vigilante known as Batgirl. (and what it looks like from others' perspective!) Being the fangirl I am, there's a very romance-heavy subplot between Dick and Babs, and it's... well, you'll see. This is my first fic, constructive criticism and ideas are more than welcome! Please tell me what you think. (whether I finish this or not is going to depend upon feedback, as I tend to lose motivation unless I have people relying on me. So if you like it, please let me know and I will definitely continue!) I apologize for any errors or OOC-ness. Obviously I do not own the characters, universe, or even the plot to the story, I just tweaked a few things here and there. All of that belongs to DC comics.
