That was until more of these incidents start happening, beaten up thugs in dark alleyways, gang members being assassinated and corrupted police officers being paralysed. All of them saying that the man was a hooded individual with a red dragon as his symbol. But more vigilantes are stepping forwards, and now the young couple are interested in these individuals.
